Contact information and Emergency info (And other great stuff)

I felt like a wimp last night haha. I had my tetanus shot yesterday and it was fine but as the day went on it felt like my arm was asleep and I couldn't move it past a certain point. It's feeling a tad better today, so pray that it's fully healed so that I can be at my best on the trip.

If for any reason there is an emergency and someone needs to reach me, please contact one of the following Haitian #'s.

Tim - 011-509-3100-5479
Chery - 011-509-3748-7997
National Overseer (Bishop Dorlean) - 011-509-3730-6187

For all intensive purposes please use the first #.
ONLY in a SERIOUS emergency should you use the 2nd two.

Pray for me. I head out this Saturday!

Up to 360! Thanks so much!

I am 1/3 the way there! If you know anyone that can give please let them know about this page, it would be MUCH appreciated. Please pray, it feels that this snuck up so fast and I wan't to be in mindset that would be most helpful to the people we reach. I also want to have my heart open for anything that might come up during our time there.

Thanks so much for your prayers and giving,

Update!

I have raised $260 so far. Not sure why it doesn't show on the right. I have definitely received the money though, for those who are wondering. Still trying to get to the goal of 1500. If you can help it would be a TREMENDOUS blessing.

Thanks all and God bless.

My heart

Of all the years of going to church I have never been on a mission trip. I have always been one to not think myself worthy of going unless I was doing mission work here with people right in front of me. With our Haiti churches and communities this is a different cause. With the millions and millions that have been funded into Haiti there is still an incredible amount of work to be done. Most of the community still fails to see a difference even with the overwhelming response the U.S. and other countries have presented. Sadly this is the case but I am thankful to be going with a group where I know where the money is going. I will actually be able to work with the community and building projects hands on. I will be in much prayer with my brothers and am looking forward to this amazing opportunity. I know that some mission trips are viewed as 'vacations with a cause' and I can ensure you this is not the case. I hope for the little time that I am there (7 days) that I and the team I am with can make an impact in just a few people. Of course I appreciate your financial help (you can donate on my blog below) but mostly we need your prayers. I and the team I am going with don't want to do things just to do them. We want to be used by Jesus for whatever he needs us for. This includes the planning, to the flight over, to the landing on the ground to the work we do in an around the community.

Thank you so much for your prayers and financial help.

I am trying to raise $1500.

IN CHRIST!

With your help I can make this trip!

I appreciate all the help and prayer I can get. If you cannot give financially, please pray. I want to always be sure that I am honoring God with the time and finances he has provided me. As I find out more info on the trip and the details I will let everyone know. Thanks for the prayers!

P.S. I have my passport from when I went to Jamaica on my honeymoon. That step behind me was huge!
